Because we design your program based on your lifestyle and goals, the equipment needed will depend on this.
We can tailor a program to be completed at home or at the gym and we can even start with bodyweight exercises until you gain more confidence.

Are you looking for an Online Trainer but not so sure about the video consultation and check-ins?
Don’t worry, I totally get that video calls can be scary! We can organise another way to communicate so that you can feel at your most comfortable.

You want your own program that’s specifically tailored to you and your goals but you don’t want frequent contact from a coach.
Well that’s an option for you with Radiant Strength. We want you to feel your BEST so make sure you tell us exactly what you want to gain and how that can fit in with your lifestyle and we’ll do the rest, leaving you with program that’s fit for you.
There will be one optional check-in session midway just to ensure that you’re happy and progressing.

Before you pay for the program, you will be asked to fill in an in-depth form to fill out. This is so that we can put together a program that suits your goals, lifestyle and fitness level. Try and be as detailed as possible so we can tailor the workouts to be exactly what you’re looking for.
Once you have purchased the program, we will finalise your plan and send you a referral link within 72 hours so that you can access the Radiant Strength Client app and start your program!

Once your six-week program is finished, there will be no updated workouts to complete.

That’s great - you’re in it for the long run!
Instead of signing up and filling out the questionnaire each time you complete a six week block, Rachel will send an end of program review in which you can request another six weeks. From there, you will receive and invoice and a new program.
