NICE TO MEET YOU

Hey! I’m Rachel, the Founder and Coach at Radiant Strength and I am so happy that you are here. :-)

I have been an active person pretty much my entire life but after several years of over exercising and under eating, I am super happy to now be able to workout without all of the negative thoughts.

When I first started going to the gym, I had no idea what I was doing. I mostly stuck to the cardio machines (which later became a very negative obsession) and tried to lift dumbbells here and there after finding countless workouts I found on the internet. Over time, nothing changed but my increased frustration - “why do I not have any gym gains yet?!”. I know you’ve probably asked yourself a similar question, we’ve nearly all been there.

After healing my way-too-long toxic relationship with food and exercise, I finally started to notice amazing differences, physically AND mentally. I started to fuel myself properly and dived deep into new ways of moving my body that would work best for achieving my goals. Not only did fuelling myself help push through my workouts, but I can get through days without complaining of exhaustion and pain.

And that’s why I have created Radiant Strength, to help others on their journey to self confidence and strength because I’ve been there, and I totally get it. I’m not a coach that will tell you to cut out certain foods. I want you to ENJOY your favourite snacks and meals whilst still smashing fitness goals. Together, we’ll focus on building strength, improving performance, and finding joy in movement, so exercise becomes something you love—not something you feel you have to do.
