My in-person coaching sessions are tailored to your goals - whether you’re building strength, improving your routine, or gaining confidence in the gym. Expect a personalised experience with hands on guidance, technique support, and accountability every step of the way.

  • Free consultation where we discuss your goals, lifestyle and run through a movement analysis.

  • 1 x 45 OR 60 minute personal training session each week at Jetts Mooloolaba, with the option to add extra sessions.

  • Hands on technique and form correction.

  • Weekly check ins for ongoing accountability and support.

  • Guidance around mindset, confidence and sustainable habits.

  • Option to add training program that is accessed via the Radiant Strength app, where you can access and follow your workouts, and track your progress.
