Free consultation where we discuss your goals, lifestyle and run through a movement analysis.
1 x 45 OR 60 minute personal training session each week at Jetts Mooloolaba, with the option to add extra sessions.
Hands on technique and form correction.
Weekly check ins for ongoing accountability and support.
Guidance around mindset, confidence and sustainable habits.
Option to add training program that is accessed via the Radiant Strength app, where you can access and follow your workouts, and track your progress.
